We work with brands looking for impactful, high-frequency urban visibility and audience engagement in high-footfall public spaces.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious and performance-oriented sales professionals who are serious about business development and revenue generation.
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining relationships, and contributing directly to the Firm’s revenue growth.
This is a target-driven role with clearly defined monthly sales expectations and an incentive structure linked to performance. We are specifically looking for individuals who are disciplined, consistent, proactive, and capable of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and convert new business leads
● Build relationships with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and business owners
● Recommend suitable transit media advertising solutions based on client requirements
● Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
● Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
● Attend daily sales meetings and provide regular updates on lead progress and conversions
● Coordinate internally to ensure smooth campaign execution
● Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Incentive & Performance Structure
● Fixed monthly salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000
● Additional performance-based incentives
● Monthly sales targets will be assigned
● Strong performers will have significant growth opportunities within the Firm
