Job Title: Floor/WorkshopAssistant (Grinding & Production)
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Floor Assistants to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting with centreless grinding, polishing, machine operation, and general production activities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with centreless grinding and polishing machines.
- Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing operations as instructed.
- Support day-to-day production and shop floor activities.
- Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions.
- Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
- Assist supervisors with other production-related tasks when required.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- ITI and Diploma candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Shift:
- Day Shift and Night Shift (Rotational)
Required Skills:
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good discipline and teamwork.
- Basic understanding of machines is an advantage.
