We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts based on project requirements and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
Convert hand sketches or architect concepts into precise digital 2D drawings.
Create submission drawings and site layout plans in compliance with local building codes.
Make necessary modifications and revisions to existing drawings as per client/engineer feedback.
Maintain organized files and documentation of all architectural drawings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or ITI Drafter (Civil).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (knowledge of Revit or 3D software is a plus).
Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in preparing architectural / civil 2D drawings (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).
Sound knowledge of architectural standards, building measurements, and drawing scales.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Portfolio / Work Samples: Must be able to provide sample CAD drawings upon request.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
