Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will meet prospective clients directly through field visits, understand their space requirements, and pitch our modular kitchen solutions. A foundational knowledge of modular kitchen layouts, materials, or interior design is preferred, along with a strong drive to close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Visits: Conduct on-site visits to client homes, construction sites, and prospective leads to assess requirements and present tailored modular kitchen solutions.
- Sales Generation: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Assist clients in selecting suitable layouts, materials, finishes, and hardware based on their budget and aesthetic preferences.
- Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up with inbound leads, past inquiries, and referrals to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the interior design and technical teams to ensure accurate design handovers based on site measurements and customer preferences.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in modular kitchens, interior design, furniture, or building materials preferred).
- Basic understanding of modular kitchen components, materials (e.g., MDF, plywood, acrylic, laminate), and spatial layouts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle for local transit (preferred).
