Job Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical\Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in firmware design, coding, and testing(their own code testing, not separate test experience)
Extensive Experience in C / C++. Python Programming knowledge is plus.
Experience with 32-bit microcontroller and its peripherals programming and low power management
Experience with GCC and IAR embedded development environments,
Strong knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems, (OS, drivers, etc.)
Software test planning and execution – use of test scripts, emulators, etc
Knowledge of USB, serial, and computer interface protocols including I2C, SPI, and understanding of network communication theory, wireless network theory, and network communications protocols.
Hands on experience of diagnostics or driver development to send and receive data on communication interfaces, debugging incase of issues
Able to read and work with detailed hardware schematics,
Knowledge of using electronic measurement devices such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and be comfortable with technical report writing
A plus to have experience with embedded Linux.
Strong adaptability, capable of handling several projects and other tasks such as validating time info & updating budget files simultaneously
Good team player, good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership. Strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement post silicon validation strategies
2. Develop test plans and test cases for silicon validation
3. Execute tests and analyze results to ensure compliance with requirements
4. Work closely within team to resolve validation issues
5. Provide technical expertise and support related to post silicon validation
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in validation processes
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in c programming language
2. Experience in post silicon validation methodologies
3. Strong programming skills in python
4. Solid understanding of silicon validation processes
5. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot validation issues effectively
6. Good communication and collaboration skills
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in postsilicon validation or Python programming are a plus.
