Position Overview
This is a leadership role for a dynamic individual who can take ownership of sales performance, build and manage teams, develop channel partner networks, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Handle key customer meetings and high-value negotiations.
Channel Partner & Broker Management
- Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners and brokers.
- Develop strategies to increase sales through channel partners.
- Conduct regular engagement and relationship-building activities.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure regular reporting and sales reviews.
Business Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Contribute to business expansion initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
Process & Performance Management
- Establish and improve lead management processes.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and broker management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
