Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, sales coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams while delivering a professional experience to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospective clients into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Coordinate with the tech team regarding platform-related requirements, updates, and client feedback whenever required.
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare and maintain basic sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or technology platforms will be an added advantage.
