Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and spoken Hindi.
- Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily lesson plans.
- Integrate activity-based learning, storytelling, role-play, poems, and educational games into classroom teaching.
- Encourage students to participate in debates, recitations, storytelling, and literary activities.
- Use ICT tools, smart boards, and digital resources to enhance learning.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Provide constructive feedback and remedial support where necessary.
- Prepare report cards and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish classroom rules and promote discipline through positive reinforcement.
- Encourage collaborative learning and active participation.
- Ensure proper care of classroom resources and teaching materials.
Student Development
- Promote moral values, confidence, communication skills, and creativity.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide guidance.
- Encourage reading habits through library activities and storytelling sessions.
- Foster respect for Indian culture, traditions, and the Hindi language.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain lesson plans, assessment records, and student portfolios.
- Participate in school assemblies, cultural programmes, competitions, and events.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, training programmes, and professional development sessions.
- Perform examination duties and other responsibilities assigned by the Principal.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
