Job Summary
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a guest-centric approach to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations as per hotel policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Attend to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Upsell hotel rooms, facilities, and services whenever appropriate.
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office operations; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and guest handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
