Overview
Podium Systems is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, impactful, and audience-focused content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, marketing campaigns, reports, and promotional materials. The role requires strong research skills, creativity, storytelling abilities, and an understanding of digital marketing and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industry trends, competitors, websites, and social media platforms to identify content opportunities.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan weekly content formats including posts, reels, carousel posts, stories, and videos.
- Write captions, blogs, articles, website content, marketing copy, video scripts, and promotional materials.
- Create professional and impactful content highlighting company products, services, achievements, and success stories.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to improve content performance.
- Develop SEO-friendly website and blog content through research and fact-checking.
- Draft marketing messages, promotional campaigns, and compelling call-to-action content.
- Assist in creating content for presentations, brochures, banners, standees, certificates, and event branding materials.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain records of content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
- Stay updated with content marketing, SEO, AI writing tools, and social media best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Candidates from B.A., B.M.M., B.M.S., B.Com (Marketing), BBA, or equivalent disciplines may also apply.
- Certification or knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Writing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or AI content tools will be an added advantage.
