We are seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business strategies
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track progress
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and business reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
