Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain coir powerlooms.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Adjust loom settings and yarn tension for smooth production.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure quality standards and safe working practices.
Qualifications/Experience
- Coir Board Certification in Coir Technology (Preferred), OR
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Mechanics, Fitter, or related trade.
- Experience in powerloom maintenance and repairs.
- Good mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in shifts.
- Commitment to quality and productivity.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
