Job Title: Sales Eng
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Eng from the automotive, electrical, or engineering manufacturing sector, with strong exposure to domestic and international (export) markets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key OEM and foreign clients, and developing market expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for automotive / electrical / engineering products
- Handle OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2, and international customers, including RFQs, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Manage export sales and maintain relationships with foreign clients and distributors
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
- Prepare and submit quotations, costings, and technical-commercial proposals
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and prepare MIS reports for management
- Identify new business opportunities, new product applications, and new markets
- Participate in trade fairs, customer audits, exhibitions, and technical meetings
- Ensure compliance with IATF / ISO standards and customer-specific requirements (where applicable)
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B sales within automotive / electrical / engineering manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with OEM & export clients
- Knowledge of automotive components, electrical products, or engineered solutions
- Good understanding of RFQ process, costing, export documentation, and incoterms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sales & marketing
· Exposure to automotive OEMs, export houses, or international customers
· Qualification:Diploma/Eng graduate is mandatory.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
· CTC: As per Industry Standards
Location: Kanakapura
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
