We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling students/clients, follow-ups, achieving admissions or sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, campaigns, and referrals
- Visit Colleges, Schools and conduct DEMO and appointments.
- Handle student/client enquiries professionally
- Explain courses/services and guide customers based on requirements
- Follow up with prospective leads regularly
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/reporting sheets
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team
- Support promotional activities, seminars, and events
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
