Role & Responsibilities
Handle customers and understand their financial requirements.
Generate new business through branch leads, referrals, customer follow-ups and local market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat/renewal business.
Assist customers with Gold Loan processing, documentation and related branch activities.
Follow up with customers for interest servicing, renewals and other requirements.
Cross-sell suitable products including Insurance, Gold Coins, CCD and other allied financial products.
Support branch-level sales, customer service and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and operational procedures.
Work with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business and customer-service objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
