Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live online or face-to-face product demos to showcase key features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve all technical, functional, and product-related customer queries promptly and accurately.
- Customer Education: Train and guide customers on how to effectively use the product to ensure maximum adoption and satisfaction.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer pain points and business needs to position the product as the ideal solution.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer doubts regarding pricing, features, or competitors to drive decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term trust and strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
- Follow-up Management: Post-demo, follow up systematically with prospects to nurture leads and assist in closing deals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and recurring issues to share with the product development team for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
