About the Role
Are you a results-driven Google Ads expert who thrives on scaling campaigns profitably and generating high-quality leads? We're looking for a hands-on Google Ads Media Buyer who doesn't just monitor dashboards — but actively tests, optimizes, and drives measurable growth.

This is a high-impact role managing multi-industry Google Ads campaigns with real ownership, real data, and real results.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing
- Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and precision audience targeting
- Manage and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and ad copy for maximum performance
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make swift, data-driven decisions
- Track and improve key KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score
- Identify scaling opportunities for profitable campaigns while aggressively cutting wasted spend
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
Tracking & Reporting
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and call tracking
- Deliver clear weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with leadership to shape and execute data-backed growth strategies
Industry Awareness
- Stay ahead of Google Ads algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
Required:
- ✅ 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads media buying experience
- ✅ Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably across multiple industries
- ✅ Deep expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, and Remarketing
- ✅ Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and call tracking
- ✅ Analytical mindset with strong command of performance metrics
- ✅ Excellent written and spoken English
- ✅ Available to work in-person at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Work Mode: In-person (full-time)
- Commute Requirement: Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Hyderabad before joining
