The Premium Two-Wheeler Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, managing the sales team, and achieving dealership revenue targets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting premium motorcycles and scooters, and ensuring high standards of showroom operations and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for premium two-wheelers.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance.
Deliver a personalized and premium customer buying experience.
Manage customer inquiries, test rides, vehicle bookings, financing, and deliveries.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-value customers and corporate clients.
Generate sales through referrals, digital leads, events, and networking activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure effective CRM management and timely follow-up with prospects.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and accessories departments to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Plan and execute showroom promotions, launch events, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain dealership standards in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in premium or luxury automotive/two-wheeler sales is preferred.
