Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property presentations, and closing sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction completion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
