About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Travel Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about travel, communication, and customer service. The candidate will help manage travel bookings, coordinate itineraries, assist clients, and support smooth travel operations for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Research and suggest travel options, hotels, flights, and transportation.
- Handle travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary preparation.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Provide timely support for travel-related queries and changes.
- Maintain travel records, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Passion for travel and learning.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
