Role Summary
Provides L2 operational support for enterprise applications running on JBoss/WildFly, Apache, Tomcat, and container platforms. The role focuses on availability, performance, monitoring, and incident resolution in 24×7 production environments, with escalation to L3 for complex design issues.
Core Skills (Must‑Have)
- Application support on JBoss / WildFly / Tomcat / Apache
- Hands‑on experience with containers and Kubernetes / Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Application server configuration & tuning
(Heap size, thread dumps, heap dumps, GC logs)
- Strong troubleshooting across application, OS, and container layers
- Unix/Linux administration and command‑line skills
- Knowledge of SSL certificates, SSO concepts, and networking basics
