We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze client requirements, prepare functional documentation, coordinate with development and implementation teams, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Work closely with clients, developers and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend suitable ERP and software solutions.
- Assist in product demonstrations, client presentations, and solution discussions.
- Support implementation teams during deployment and client onboarding.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, MCA, MBA, or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
