- Assist in shooting news reports, interviews, and field coverage.
- Operate DSLR, Mirrorless, or Video Cameras during indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Set up and manage basic lighting, tripods, microphones, and other equipment.
- Capture clear and stable footage, including B-roll and supporting visuals.
- Coordinate with reporters, anchors, and producers during shoots.
- Ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and audio quality.
- Transfer and organize footage after shoots.
- Maintain camera equipment, batteries, memory cards, and accessories.
- Travel to assigned locations for news coverage and events.
- Follow newsroom deadlines and production schedules.Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of camera handling and video shooting.
- Understanding of framing, composition, and lighting.
- Familiarity with microphones and audio recording.
- Ability to work in fast-paced news environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
Qualifications
- Intermediate / Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Film Making, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in videography, YouTube production, or news media.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio or practical knowledge may apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience handling social media and YouTube content.
- Knowledge of live streaming and mobile journalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
