- Core shop Handling by own with all operation
- Good knowledge of core shop.
- Inspect components Responsible produces during production for dimension controls.
- Manpower planning and handling team to meet daily production target.
- Achieving production as per Schedule.
- Maintaining production records & regular checks data.
- Responsible for quality related activities on shop floor.
- Carry out in process inspection of components.
- Machine Planning & Scheduling with consideration of cycle time, lead time.
- Determining over all equipment effectiveness (OEE) to identify scope of process improvement.
- Training provides to workmen.
- Resolving issue related to process & quality on shop floor.
- Attending the Daily rejection meeting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
