Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Design team to plan the procurement of fabrics and trims
for each season for the approved designs.
Evaluate and help the management to identify quality and reliable vendors
and maintain a list of approved vendors for the fabrics and trims to be
procured based on the information of the management maintain a list of job
workers and the quantities of job work that can be allocated to them each
season.
Liaise with the management for the quantities of fabrics and trims to be
procured for each design or to get them produced from outsourced job
workers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the vendors and job workers for timely deliver
of the material or finished goods.
Ensure quality check is conducted for the material and finished goods
received from vendors and job workers.
Keep track of best-seller designs and ensure that there is an adequate
quantity of the finished product in the warehouse by coordinating with the
management for additional procurement of best sellers.
oversee all in-house production and ensure productivity of the masters and
cutters is optimized through better planning and motivation
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
