About Emiza
Emiza is redefining logistics with smart technology. Our platforms—Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Billing Systems, Distribution Engines, and Last-Mile Management tools—are built to solve complex, high-scale operational problems for fast-growing D2C and B2B brands across India.
As we scale our product ecosystem, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own the experience layer across our enterprise-grade systems. This is a high-impact role that blends user empathy with functional clarity—helping thousands of users across warehouses, billing desks, and ops floors work smarter every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces for B2B software products used in logistics and warehouse operations
-
Translate complex backend workflows into frictionless user experiences
-
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and shadowing actual ops teams
-
Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
-
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to implement UI designs with pixel-level accuracy
-
Create and maintain design systems and UI standards across modules
-
Lead usability testing sessions and refine designs based on real feedback
-
Communicate design decisions clearly through specs, flows, and visual presentations
Balance aesthetics with function—these products must look good and work flawlessly under pressure.
What We’re Looking For
-
3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing enterprise or B2B products (preferably SaaS or system-heavy apps)
-
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
-
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user behavior in data-heavy systems
-
Experience designing for responsive web platforms (desktop-first)
-
Bonus: exposure to WMS, OMS, ERP, fintech, logistics, or operational dashboards
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate with frontend developers on handoff and feasibility.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience with a strong design portfolio will also be considered.
What You’ll Get at Emiza
-
A front-row seat to how design shapes real-world logistics
-
Complete ownership of design across live products and new builds
-
A collaborative environment with direct access to users, product heads, and engineering
Competitive pay, a growing product team, and the chance to design things that actually matter.
