Stonesera is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle incoming leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and social media campaigns. The role involves contacting interested customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling showroom visits for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Forms, and Social Media. Qualify customer requirements and buying intent. Schedule showroom visits for interested customers. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Update lead status in CRM. Coordinate with showroom teams regarding customer visits. Maintain daily call and follow-up records. Ensure maximum lead-to-visit conversion.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication preferred. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers can apply. Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead generation is a plus.
