Role description
Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and DAM/PIM platforms, responsible for building scalable backend systems, integrations, and media processing pipelines, while providing technical leadership and supporting platform evolution.
- Develop backend services using C#, .NET Core / Framework, ASP.NET Web API/MVC
- Design and integrate REST, GraphQL, and Web Services
- Build messaging and integrations using RabbitMQ
- Support DAM/PIM platforms, including enhancements and migrations
- Implement media processing and asset rendition pipelines
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and observability
- Mentor team members and engage in client-facing technical discussions
- C#, .NET Core / Framework, ASP.NET Web API, MVC
- REST / GraphQL integrations, external APIs
- RabbitMQ or similar middleware
- Elasticsearch, Kibana
- SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB
- Media tools: ImageMagick, FFMPEG, GhostScript
- CI/CD: Git, GitLab CI, TeamCity, PowerShell, IIS
- Strong knowledge of DAM/PIM concepts and asset lifecycle
- DAM platform migration experience
- Metadata standards (XMP/IPTC), taxonomy design
- PIM data modeling and syndication
- CMS, eCommerce, ERP integrations
