Inside Sales Representative – Fresher

0–1 Year (Freshers Eligible)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries and provide proper guidance regarding admissions
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain conversion records
- Meet daily and monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM reports
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for smooth enrollment
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA can apply
