Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Manager to accelerate business growth by developing and executing customer acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales funnels, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.
- Optimize lead generation and customer acquisition channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across the customer journey.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Track and report key business metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to leadership.
- Manage growth initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

- Experience in IT services, SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or consulting is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
