Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year or more experience in sales or customer handling is required.
- Must have good communication skills and a polite tone while talking to clients.
- Should be confident in explaining company products and handling customer queries.
- Must be capable of working under pressure and managing workload efficiently.
- Should be target-oriented and motivated to achieve consistent results.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from the office.
- Contact potential clients and explain product details, pricing, and offers professionally.
- Maintain updated client records, quotations, and order follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly target of minimum 20 qualified leads generated through consistent follow-ups.
- Make at least 30 client calls per day to identify potential customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Handle workload with focus, discipline, and a positive attitude.
