Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The role involves designing and overseeing the execution of projects, including theme parks, set designs for film shoots, and themed interiors. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in theme park development.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to showcase D'fine Arts' capabilities in theme park design.
- Identify and generate leads for interior design projects in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build relationships with architects, real estate developers, and corporate clients to secure interior design contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales for Interior Designing, Architectural Industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,188.79 - ₹34,798.03 per month
