- Plan and Design QA process and QC procedures in creating Quality System Management for Industrial Ventilation and Cooling products segments.
- Responsible for performing complete cycle of QA and QC related audits including maintenance of documentation.
- Preparation and maintenance of appropriate records, documentation and necessary log books.
- Coordinate within the unit, warehouse and procurement team for investigation and preparing the complaint feedback report within stipulated timelines.
- To perform root cause analysis for defects and complaints and keep statistical records of complaints and deviation and ensure reduction in such incidents.
- Provide appropriate steps to reduce wattages and losses in the quality analysis process and build improved efficiency.
- Ensure timely updation and revision of SOP, Policies & Procedure and any other related documents.
- To monitor and report quality control progress, notifying any predicted shortfall or discrepancies against timescale and budgets.
- To perform the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
- Providing professional assistance, guidance, and arrange training to staff in matters pertaining to quality as appropriate.
