Seagull Advertising is looking for a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of branding, retail, fabrication, events, and activation projects. The role requires strong project ownership, client management, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Manage end-to-end execution from brief to final delivery.

Coordinate with creative, strategy, operations, and production teams.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and fabrication partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.

Oversee production quality, logistics, and material procurement.

Conduct site visits and supervise installations when required.

Prepare project estimates and production budgets.

Monitor project profitability and cost control.

Ensure adherence to approved budgets and quality standards.

Drive process improvements for operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, Production, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in advertising, branding, events, activations, or production management.

Relevant certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
