About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sr. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in India. This role will play a key part in supporting hiring across multiple business functions, with a focus on attracting high-quality talent for both technical and non-technical roles.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder management. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers, and independently driving recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
This is an active position and requires flexibility of 2-4 hours of overlap with eastern timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles across functions and business units
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Create sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other suitable channels
- Screen resumes, conduct recruiter assessments, and coordinate interview processes efficiently
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely feedback collection from interviewers and hiring managers
- Support offer discussions, and hiring coordination
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct headhunting and market mapping for niche and hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS, job boards, and sourcing platforms to identify high-quality candidates
- Track and maintain candidate activity, recruitment metrics, and hiring progress
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and recruitment team
- Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and hiring recommendations
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, organized, and aligned with business timelines
- Support continuous improvement of hiring practices and employer branding initiatives
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from offer acceptance through integration into the organization.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into hiring performance, workforce trends, and operational effectiveness.
- Track key talent acquisition metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, across both technical and non-technical hiring
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently and sourcing tools like Naukri, ATS platforms, Indeed or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and hiring leaders
- Good experience with hiring for Niche Technical Role.
- Proven experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Experience hiring for a mix of roles including technology, business, operations, and corporate functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for technology roles such as Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product, or Technical Consulting positions
- Experience working in consulting, agency, or high-growth environments is an asset
- Experience with setting up Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR workflows
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
