EMilestones is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients for the position of Business Development Executive.
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who is passionate about building client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
