About the Role
Dire Surveillance Pvt. Ltd. (Live Eye) is hiring enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in Technical Support and Surveillance Solutions. You'll work with CCTV and surveillance systems, assist customers, and gain hands-on exposure to networking and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support CCTV & surveillance systems.
- Assist with installation and configuration of surveillance devices.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to clients via calls, email, and remote access.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain support logs and incident reports.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as required.
- Interact professionally with international clients.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Computer Networking (IP, LAN, WAN).
- Understanding of CCTV/Surveillance concepts is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Eligibility
- B.Sc. or BCA (Electronics, IT, Networking
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
