We are building a platform that connects drivers with opportunities, services, and support systems designed specifically for their needs. We are looking for a highly ownership-driven individual to lead partnerships growth and acquisition strategy for the platform.
Role Overview
As the Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling Infynity’s partner ecosystem across categories such as jobs, financial services, insurance, training, fuel, devices, rentals, community benefits, and other strategic collaborations. You will own the complete lifecycle from pipeline creation and pitching to conversion strategy, onboarding planning, growth coordination, and success tracking. You will also drive the overall ground acquisition strategy for users, while coordinating execution closely with the Growth Associate and field teams. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also operating fast in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Build and manage the complete partnerships pipeline across all partner categories
- Identify and onboard high-value strategic partners aligned with Infynity’s growth vision
- Create partnership pitches, proposals, commercial structures, and onboarding plans
- Lead end-to-end partner discussions and conversion efforts
- Develop scalable onboarding and partner success frameworks
- Coordinate with internal product, operations, and marketing teams for successful launches
- Track partner performance, engagement, and business impact
Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Design and improve ground acquisition strategies for driver/user growth
- Work closely with the Growth Associate and field teams for execution planning
- Identify acquisition channels, partnerships, activations, and growth opportunities
- Improve onboarding funnels, activation, and engagement strategies
- Monitor user acquisition efficiency and growth metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly growth and partnership reports
- Track pipeline movement, conversion rates, onboarding status, and partner success metrics
- Create dashboards and structured trackers for leadership visibility
- Drive data-backed decision making and process improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business growth, category growth, GTM, or startup operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to independently own projects from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical and reporting mindset
- Comfortable with field coordination and operational problem-solving
- Experience in mobility, gig economy, fintech, marketplaces, community platforms, or B2C growth is a strong plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
