We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the role of Training & Admissions Counsellor / Academic Outreach Executive. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, admissions, college outreach, workshop coordination, and managing training operations for technical courses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students for Summer Training and Job-Oriented Training Programs
- Explain courses related to MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML, Java, Data Science, and other technologies
- Handle admission process and student follow-ups
- Visit colleges for workshops, seminars, and tie-up meetings
- Coordinate in-house training programs with educational institutions
- Manage student batches, schedules, attendance, and fee collection
- Maintain professional relationships with colleges and students
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation and counseling abilities
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of technical training programs
- Ability to travel for college visits and workshops
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- MBA/Marketing preferred
