Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive responsible for device testing, installation support, troubleshooting, customer technical assistance, and coordination with software and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test GPS/VLTD/Tracking devices.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues.
- Activate devices and verify SIM/network connectivity.
- Update firmware when required.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Customer Support.
- Maintain testing and service records.
- Support software/mobile app/web portal users.
- Handle warranty and repair cases.
- Visit customer sites if required.
- Prepare daily reports and follow SOPs.
Required Skills
- Computer hardware and networking.
- GPS, GSM, IoT basics.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- MS Excel, Word, Email.
- Hindi and basic English communication.
Educational Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/IT) OR BCA/B.Sc OR ITI with relevant experience.
Experience
Fresher to 3 Years.
Reporting To
Technical Manager / Operations Manager
Working Days & Timing
6 Days a Week, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Shift may change as per business requirements).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
