Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, conversion optimization, and performance analysis to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop and execute paid marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan lead generation, conversion, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Identify target audiences and build effective funnel strategies. Allocate budgets strategically across channels and campaign stages.
- 2. Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across: Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Performance Max.
- Remarketing Campaigns Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates. Optimize bidding strategies for maximum ROAS.
- 3. Meta Ads Management Create and manage campaigns on: Facebook Ads ,Instagram Ads , Messenger Campaigns, Retargeting Campaigns
- Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.
- Test multiple ad creatives, copies, and CTA variations.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and engagement.
- 4. Performance Optimization Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CPL (Cost Per Lead) , CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) , CTR (Click Through Rate) , ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) , Conversion Rate .
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and profitability.
- 5. Tracking & Analytics Set up and manage: Meta Pixel ,Google Tag Manager ,Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversions. Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- 6. Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Optimize landing pages and ad funnels for better conversions.
- Reduce lead drop-offs and improve customer acquisition journey.
- 7. Budget Management: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets effectively.
- Ensure optimal spending with maximum return.
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones. Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Audience Research & Targeting Conversion Tracking & Attribution
- Google Analytics / GTM A/B Testing & CRO Data Analysis & Reporting Budget
- Optimization Lead Generation Campaigns Preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
- Agency experience is an added advantage. Ideal Candidate Profile
