Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Manufacturing Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in production, assembly, quality control, and manufacturing operations. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to support the manufacturing of electric agricultural machinery while learning modern manufacturing practices in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of electric agricultural machines.
- Support production planning and daily shop floor operations.
- Assist in machine assembly, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Participate in quality inspections and product testing.
- Help maintain production records, checklists, and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and production teams during prototype and production builds.
- Perform other manufacturing and operational tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Understanding of quality control principles.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and participate in hands-on manufacturing activities.
