Job Title: Pharmacist – Retail Store (Mr Med Store)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our offline retail store in Chennai. This role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, ensuring accurate dispensing of medicines, and delivering a seamless in-store experience aligned with MrMed’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately as per guidelines
- Handle walk-in customers and provide appropriate product guidance
- Ensure proper verification of prescriptions and maintain compliance with regulations
- Manage billing, invoicing, and daily store transactions
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per required conditions
- Address customer queries and provide a positive in-store experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock replenishment and operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail/offline pharmacy setting
- Valid Pharmacist registration (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of medicines, dosage, and regulatory practices
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Working Hours & Schedule
- 12-hour shift per day
- Monday to Sunday (1 day weekly off on a rotational basis)
