Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions, solve problems, and achieve business objectives. You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and implement technical engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex engineering problems.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects.
- Provide technical expertise in structural and stress design.
- Assist in the qualification and configuration of engineering solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines (NTM/SRM).
- Strong understanding of scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge.
- Practical experience in solving engineering problems.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools for technical analysis.
Must have skills
Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines,
2-3 years of experience in SRM (Structural Repair Manual)
Experience in NTM (Non-destructive Testing Manual) will be added advantage.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 year full-time education is required.
