Marketing Manager / Creative Head
We are looking for a highly creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, expertise in video editing, and proficiency with modern AI-powered creative tools. The role involves creating impactful visual content for digital, print, websites, and social media while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing collateral, website graphics, social media creatives, promotional videos, motion graphics, product demonstrations, corporate presentations, and multimedia content that supports the company’s branding and marketing initiatives.

Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.

Create website banners, landing page graphics, UI assets, icons, illustrations, and email marketing creatives.

Design print-ready artwork for catalogs, standees, exhibition booths, event branding, and promotional materials.

Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity elements.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.

Edit promotional videos, product demonstrations, explainer videos, customer testimonials, corporate videos, interviews, and event highlights.

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, Facebook videos, and other short-form content.

Produce motion graphics, logo animations, kinetic typography, animated explainers, and visual effects.

Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, color correction, and color grading.

Optimize videos for different platforms, resolutions, and aspect ratios.

Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, concept generation, image enhancement, background removal, voice generation, and video production.

Generate creative concepts, mockups, and visual assets using AI-assisted design platforms.

Explore emerging AI technologies to improve creative workflows and productivity.

Work closely with the marketing, content, sales, product, and development teams to execute creative campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for branding, product launches, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and freelancers when required.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, animation techniques, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and CorelDRAW.

Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Google Gemini.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color grading, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with audio editing using Adobe Audition or similar software.

Ability to create creatives optimized for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and print media.

Excellent creativity, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
