Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Visit retail outlets regularly as per the beat plan and generate orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Introduce new products and promotional schemes to customers.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends and report findings to management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
- Ensure timely order booking and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth deliveries.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new retailers within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt service support.
- Maintain discipline and adhere to company policies and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/distribution. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of local market and retail network.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
