Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in the US IT Staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and placing consultants on projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable C2C requirements from job portals and vendor networks.
- Submit consultants to relevant job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 5 years of Bench Sales or US IT Staffing experience are preferred.
