Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance and leave management, documentation, onboarding, and general HR administration.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee-related matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant job portals and platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee personnel files.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records and employee leave details.
- Monitor late attendance, absenteeism, and leave balances.
- Coordinate attendance-related information with the payroll team.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Maintain employee salary and HR records.
- Support statutory and compliance-related HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates as required.
Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure employees are aware of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
- Support management in disciplinary and performance-related processes when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of payroll and labour-related processes will be an advantage.
