Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client communication, and acquiring projects related to website development, web design, digital marketing, SEO, and other IT services.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo.io, and other business development channels.
- Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities for IT and digital marketing services.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Prepare and submit proposals/bids on platforms like Upwork.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Negotiate with clients regarding project scope, pricing, timelines, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
- Maintain sales pipeline, track leads, and share regular updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn Navigator is mandatory.
- Experience in generating leads and acquiring projects for:
- Website Design & Development
- Web Applications
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing Services
- Other IT Solutions
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
