Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Improve local SEO rankings across target locations.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Build and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Experience with local SEO and lead-generation websites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Marketing.
- Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website development concepts.
